1. What these terms cover

These terms cover this website, the Gangcrime City game you can play here, the style studio and hideout kept in your browser, and the GangcrimeCrewBook contract on Robinhood Chain. Together we call them the service. By playing, connecting a wallet or posting to the crew book you accept these terms; if you do not, please do not use the service.

Gangcrime is an early preview. Missions, districts and pages may change, pause or disappear without notice, and local progress may need a reset when the game changes.

2. It is a comedy, not a crime game

The gangster look is a costume. The game has no weapons, no violence, no theft and nothing that copies real crime. Please keep crew names in the same spirit; names that harass or impersonate others can be flagged by anyone.

3. Who can use it

You need to be old enough to agree to these terms where you live, and you are responsible for following your local laws. Skip the service wherever local rules forbid it.

4. Your browser, your wallet

Playing needs no account and no wallet. Progress, your character and your hideout live in your own browser storage; clearing it clears them, and we cannot restore them.

When you connect a wallet, the site only learns its public address. You confirm every signature and every transaction yourself. We will never ask for a seed phrase or a private key, and nobody speaking for Gangcrime ever will.

5. The crew book on chain

Crews, scores and flags written to the crew book are public and permanent. Scores are self-reported: the contract cannot see the game and does not check them. Nobody, including us, can edit or remove an entry or hide a crew. Writing to the book costs network gas, paid to the network, not to us.

Before the crew book is deployed, the same actions run in practice mode: a signature kept in your browser, nothing sent on chain.

6. No prizes

Boards and crew scores are for fun. Nothing on this site awards prizes, money, tokens or rewards for playing, and no score can be exchanged for anything.

7. The token

$GANGCRIME is a community memecoin. It is not a share, a security, a deposit or a claim on anything, and no reward, income or value is offered or promised. Features described as planned may never exist. This site gives no financial, legal or tax advice.

8. Fair play

Do not attack the site, overload its chain relay, scrape it aggressively or pretend to be Gangcrime. The public relay has limits, and requests over them are refused.

9. Liability

The service is offered as is, without warranty. As far as applicable law permits, Gangcrime and its contributors carry no liability for losses caused by using the site, the game, a wallet, the contract or the token.
